AUSTRALIA: Fresh from the Sea – Fish & Chips at San Remo Fisherman’s Co-op en route to Phillip Island

Swaying boats parked at the jetty, and bright sunny rays reflecting off the waters greeted us as we arrived at San Remo Fisherman’s Co-op. It was winter and the sun was setting early.

Shimmering, it was, the sea; shards of light dancing on the waters, wondrous.

Lest we be mesmerised too much and forgot what we were there for – fish and chips (fries), tummies rumbled.
